At the end of a successful 10-year relationship in a 3rd party joint venture, Bank of America decided to relaunch its Merchant Services business.

As the Bank’s previous merchant services partner was able to solicit clients from the former joint venture, it was important for BofA to quickly reestablish its credential in this space, by creating awareness and consideration of the upgraded Merchant Services (MS) solutions.

The Solution:

We created a series of thought leadership pieces demonstrating BofAs category leadership across a number of key industry verticals (inc. retail, personal services, practice solutions and restaurant - FSR and QSR). The content aimed to demonstrate empathy for the challenges decision makers / business owners faced in selecting and implementing a new MS solution across each business size BofA served. Its worth noting that this was also being done at the height of the global pandemic.

  • Developed a number of new articles and refreshed existing ones to demonstrate BofA’s commitment to providing next-generation Merchant Services solutions.
